Shipping and Returns

1. Customers in Bangkok and its vicinity who are in the farm transport truck's delivery area
- Deliveries will be made every Monday to Saturday, depending on the delivery route each day. You can ask the admin for the delivery route. Customers must order products at least 2-3 days in advance.
- The farm delivers by refrigerated trucks, controlling the temperature. In some cases, to make the delivery of products as fast and complete as possible each day, at some customer delivery points, the products will be distributed through various food platforms again until they reach the customer, such as Lalamove, Grab, etc.
- On the delivery day, the customer must have someone at home to receive the products. On the morning of the delivery, the farm's admin will notify and coordinate in the morning and estimate the time the products will arrive at the customer.
- If the customer is not convenient to receive the products at the delivery appointment time, the customer must notify the farm before 9:00 on the morning of the delivery and make a new appointment.
- On the delivery day, the farm's delivery team will call to inform you when the products are forwarded to the rider. If the products are forwarded by riders on various platforms, no money will be collected from the customer at the destination. The farm will reserve this shipping fee itself and will not accept payment for the product from the rider. The admin will only inform via the farm's chat channel.

2. Shipping to customers in other provinces
– Use temperature-controlled delivery services of Nim Express and Inter Express as appropriate for each area
– Delivery time to customers is 2-4 days, depending on the distance.

– The farm is happy to accept returns in case of shipping the wrong item from the items that the customer ordered for every item or the product is damaged from the packaging, such as an air leak in the bag for vacuum packing. The farm is responsible for the return shipping costs.
– Returns can be made immediately when found upon receipt with the staff or make an appointment to return in the next delivery round by making an appointment to inform the farm's sales admin.
- The farm does not accept returns if it is caused by the customer's own mistake in ordering the product.
